GRADE 9 LEADERSHIP CAMP PERMISSION FORM AND INFORMATION PACKAGE

Dear grade 9 student and parents/guardians,
We are very excited for you to join our Leadership Camp! The focus of the camp is to foster a sense of community and belonging through activities and learning sessions. It is always a fun adventure where core memories and life long friendships are made.
Before signing up for camp, please read the welcome letter that contains important information about the camp before proceeding to the list below.
Registering for Camp
In order to sign up for LC, please make sure that each of the following items are completed.

Pay the Leadership Camp fee via School Cash Online
This fee includes lodging, transportation and meals, as explained in the welcome letter.

Paying this fee will secure a spot on the trip (spots are limited).

Return a signed copy of the Overnight Field Trip permission form package to the school

You can print this form at home and return to school or get a printed copy from the school (see Ms. Conners or Mr. Skuce).

This must be completed and returned to the school no later than October 4th.

Please ensure that ALL the forms have been signed, including the refund form.

Please have your student join the Leadership Camp Google Classroom to stay up to date about the trip. A detailed itinerary will be posted here once it has been solidified. The classroom code is: eoxmiv6 .
