CLUBS & Club Summit
Welcome to the 2025-2026 School Year!
Colonel By students who may want to re-start or form a club need to work with a Colonel By Staff Advisor. Several students submitted their intent to run a club, but must complete the process for the 2025-2026 school year.
To register a club, students must:
- Find a Staff Advisor
- Have the Staff Advisor complete this Club Summit - Club Registration Form Online
- Wait for the approval email from Ms. Storey.
- Student requests must be entered through the form by Friday, 12 September at 3:15 PM for a club to be included in the STUDENT CLUB FAIR on Monday, 22 September in the cafeteria during lunch.
- First Club Summit Meeting will be held on Monday, 15 September, during lunch in the Lecture Theatre (Rm 215) - to prepare for the Club Fair.
- STUDENT CLUB FAIR on Monday, 22 September in the cafeteria during lunch.
