Once you've found a locker you want, place your lock on the locker and complete the Google form to reserve it for the 2025-2026 school year. You are required to answer all of the questions. Your locker must be locked at all times, weekends, holidays, and during school time. Should you feel to lock your gym change room locker, bring in a separate lock to use. 

 

If you would like to change the location of your locker once you have filled out the form please stop by the office so we can make the change. *Do not fill out the form a second time.*

 

Any locks placed on unregistered lockers will be removed.
